Even though paramedics rushed to the scene of the crime, Valeria Marquez was declared dead right away.
As of right now, police are looking for the person who killed Valeria Marquez and have blocked off the shop.
People who followed the celebrity Valeria Marquez on TikTok liked watching videos about beauty and everyday life.

“According to the initial investigation,” the prosecutor’s office said, “she was in her business when a man entered and apparently shot her several times with a gun, killing her.”
“Maschismo” and violence against women have been problems in Mexico for a long time. This can be anything from rude comments on the street to acid attacks and brutal killings of women.
The horrible killing comes just a few days after a Mexican mayoral candidate and three of her fans, including her daughter, were shot and killed during a live broadcast of her campaign rally.
Yesenia Lara Gutierrez, who worked for the Morena party in Mexico, was shot and killed in the streets of Texistepec in the eastern state of Veracruz on Sunday night.
A Facebook livestream caught the terrifying event, which showed people running and screaming as gunshots were heard off-camera. Reforma, a Mexican newspaper, said that the candidate was meeting “women with children in their arms” when the shooting started.
Online videos of the chaos showed at least 20 shots fired at the head in the video that was still on Gutierrez’s Facebook page the next day. There were also pictures online that seemed to show dead bodies in the street.
One of the people who died was Gutierrez’s daughter, according to Veracruz Governor Rocio Nahle, who is also from the Morena party of President Claudia Sheinbaum. Nahle said this on Monday.
The speaker, Nahle, told the press on Monday, “No office or position is worth a person’s life.” She also promised justice.
Gutierrez had put up several pictures on Facebook that showed her promoting all over the area. She wrote just hours before the shooting, “The strength of our youth is the vitality that drives me to keep walking day by day.”
This is the second murder of a mayoral candidate in Veracruz this election cycle. The first was on April 29, when German Anuar Valencia, also from Morena, was killed.
Nahle spoke out against the violence and called it an act of terrorism. He also promised to keep the elections on June 1 safe and democratic.
She said that 57 candidates had asked for help from the state and federal governments, but it’s not clear if Gutierrez had done the same.
Family and friends of Gutierrez held a wake on Monday in Texistepec to mourn his death. They talked about how scared they were because of the violence that surrounding the election.
Supporter Joaquín Fonseca said, “We can’t keep living in fear; we’re sick of it all; this is terrorism.”

During her Monday morning news conference, President Claudia Sheinbaum confirmed that Gutierrez had been attacked. She said that her government is working with state officials in Veracruz and is ready to offer federal help if needed.
“We’re working together, especially with the Secretary of Security, and getting all the help we need from Veracruz and Durango during this election period,” she said, referring to the elections in those two states on June one.
The office of the state’s attorney general has started a review into what happened and says that justice will be done.
The violent attack shows how dangerous Mexican political campaigns can be. Criminal groups often go after local candidates to have an effect on city governments.
