Travis Kelce spent a star-studded charity fundraiser weekend with his family, teammates and other stars as his girlfriend Taylor Swift spent a girls’ night out in New York City with her longtime friend Selena Gomez.
On Saturday, May 31, the 35-year-old Chiefs tight end made an appearance at the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend in Kansas City, Mo., alongside celebrities who have roots in the Midwestern city — including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, his brother Jason Kelce, Paul Rudd, Heidi Gardner, Rob Riggle, Jason Sudeikis and Eric Stonestreet.
At Saturday’s event — a comedy show held at the city’s T-Mobile Center to raise funds for patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital — the Super Bowl champ was filmed goofing around and posing for pictures with Mahomes, his brother and other stars as he wore a black Palm Angels tracksuit and a matching black trucker hat.
Other clips circulating on social media showed Kelce walking into the cheering audience to catch a stray football, taking the stage to lift Rudd up in the air and cheering on Jason, 37, as he made a surprise cameo and snapped a ball to Mahomes. Jason, a former center for the Philadelphia Eagles, retired from the NFL in March 2024.
The Kansas City Star reported that the event, now in its 16th year, raised more than $4.5 million for the children’s hospital.
Although Kelce’s girlfriend Swift, 35, was not in attendance at the charity event, the 14-time Grammy winner held her own celebrations on Saturday with her longtime friend Gomez, 32, in New York City, PEOPLE reported.
The outing followed her announcement that she bought her masters — regaining control of her music catalog — after a years-long public ownership feud involving record executive Scooter Braun.

Swift, 35, and Gomez, 32, reunited for a girls’ night out in New York City on Saturday, May 31, according to photos obtained exclusively by PEOPLE. The pair could be seen engaged in conversation while dining together at The Monkey Bar, per images shared by Deuxmoi.
For the evening out, Swift wore a sequin-trimmed skirt and top set with silver platform heels and her favorite De Beers diamond earrings, while Gomez sported a brown halter top under a tan suit with Jennifer Fisher earrings.
Swift and Gomez have been good friends for years. They first crossed paths when they were each dating a Jonas brother back in 2008. (Swift was seeing Joe Jonas, while Gomez was linked to Nick Jonas).
Over the years, the stars have celebrated each other on various occasions — from marking their birthdays to promoting each other’s latest music releases — as well as cheering each other on at award shows.
Swift and Gomez have also been there for each other amid their respective romantic relationships. The Tortured Poets Department musician is currently dating Travis Kelce, while the Rare Beauty founder is engaged to Benny Blanco.
While recently appearing on Spotify’s Countdown to, Gomez and Blanco, 37, opened up about how they went to a party Swift threw after an awards show, before anyone knew the couple was dating.
Swift’s Big Apple outing with Gomez came days after the pop star announced that she finally owns her masters — which allows her to once again be in control of her music catalog after a public ownership feud involving record executive Scooter Braun.
