Paul Wesley Is Engaged to Girlfriend Natalie Kuckenburg: ‘Always and Forever’

The Vampire Diaries star, 42, popped the question to girlfriend Natalie Kuckenburg, who is 25, and she shared the news on Instagram Saturday, July 19.
Kuckenburg’s new ring took center stage in the post, which showed a sweet black-and-white photo of the couple holding hands.
“Yes,” she wrote beside the close-up of her oval-cut sparkler. “Always and forever.”
Wesley, who has not yet announced the engagement on his own account, posted a small carousel of photos from a trip to Italy on Wednesday, July 16.
“A beautiful time in Tuscany,” he said, including a shot of Kuckenburg relaxing in the sun. “The best time!!” she replied in the comments.
The very next day the pair was seen kissing and enjoying the warm rays again, this time along the Amalfi Coast.
Wesley and Kuckenburg first popped up together during a laid-back November 2022 vacation in Italy. On that trip they were spotted having a cozy candlelit dinner in Nerano.
Shortly after photographers caught them stealing a kiss, each shared a selfie from the exact spot on Instagram. Kuckenburg has since posted fresh vacation snaps showing the same sweet moment.
Since those early pictures, the two have filled their feeds with lighthearted shout-outs to one another.
In February the model marked Valentines Day with a playful photo reel and declared, My best friend ❤️ My soulmate ❤️.
She finished the caption by thanking Wesley for making her the happiest girl in the world and he chimed in with a string of heart emojis.
Wesley returned the favor on Confession Day and later honored her with a birthday post in June calling her his favorite person.
In March 2024 the Vampire Diaries star offered a rare peek behind the curtain, sharing that laughter is essential to their everyday romance.
“There are two people that make me laugh the hardest- my dog, and, honestly, my girlfriend,” Wesley smiled during an interview.
“I really think we click because we are always joking around,” he continued. “Laughing together is one of the biggest things that keeps any relationship happy.”
Wesley was once married to Ines de Ramon. In September 2022, a rep for the ex-couple told the press they had split, and their divorce was wrapped up in 2024.
